Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh candidates who have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

No prior cold calling experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data.
• Introduce company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify client needs and generate leads.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Follow up with interested prospects when required.

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and written communication skills. (A/O Levels Preferred)
• Confident and clear phone presence.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally.
