Job Description:

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list.
• Introducing and explaining the company’s products or services.
• Engaging potential clients in conversation to identify their needs and interests.
• Gathering and documenting information about client preferences and feedback.
• Scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Meeting daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted calls per day to prospective clients.
• Build professional relationship quickly with potential clients.
• Accurately record call outcomes and client information in the CRM system.
• Follow a script to ensure consistency and compliance, while also being adaptable.
• Handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Qualification should be intermediate or bachelors.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build professional relationship quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus but not required.
