Aurozen Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency serving international clients across the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. Our sales team is the frontline engine that drives new business and we're expanding it. We're looking for a confident, persuasive, and resilient Cold Caller to connect with prospects across global markets, generate qualified leads, and fuel our pipeline of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective international clients across assigned markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
• Introduce Aurozen Marketing's services and generate interest from qualified leads
• Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persistent attitude throughout
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and weekly lead generation quotas
• Provide feedback to management on prospect responses and script performance
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English neutral or near-neutral accent, clear pronunciation, and professional tone essential
• Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily without losing energy or enthusiasm
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required we will train the right candidate
• Resilient and target-driven mindset ability to handle rejection and bounce back confidently
• Basic computer literacy familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or dialers is a plus
• Punctual and reliable must be committed to the 5 PM – 2 AM shift, Monday to Saturday
• Must be able to commute to and work from the Adyala Road office daily
