We are building a dedicated outbound sales engine to acquire US clients directly. We target Home Services businesses — plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, and cleaning services — across the United States. The Cold Caller / SDR is the most critical hire in this team. You are the voice that opens doors.

About This Role

You will be calling US-based Home Services business owners and convincing them to either take a meeting with our Closer OR connect with the Closer live on the same call to close the deal immediately.

This is a high-energy, phone-first sales role. You will make 100-120+ outbound calls daily using VICIdial (our power dialer), handle objections in real-time, book qualified meetings, and occasionally transfer hot prospects directly to the Closer while they’re still on the phone with you.

What makes this role different from a typical call center job: You are not reading scripts to random people. You are having real conversations with business owners who make $80K-300K/year and need help getting more customers. This is consultative selling to real entrepreneurs, not telemarketing.

You will also be expected to generate your own leads. Using tools like Outscraper (a Google Maps scraping platform), Apollo.io, you’ll extract leads, clean them, verify phone numbers, and load them into the dialer. This means you control your own pipeline — the better your leads, the more meetings you book, the more commission you earn. We provide all tools and training.

What You Will Do Daily

  • Generate your own leads: Use Outscraper to scrape Google Maps for home services businesses in US cities. Clean and verify data using Google Sheets templates and Twilio phone validation script. Write or review AI-generated personalization notes. Upload verified leads to VICIdial. All tools, templates, and training provided.
  • Make 100-120+ outbound calls per day to US-based home services business owners using VICIdial auto-dialer. Target: plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, and cleaning services.
  • Open conversations with confidence — use the personalization note on screen to hook the prospect in the first 10 seconds.
  • Handle objections in real-time — you need confident, natural responses for every pushback.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Closer — lock down a specific date, time, and timezone. Or, when a prospect is highly interested, transfer them LIVE to the Closer on the same call to close the deal on the spot.
  • Select correct disposition codes after every call (No Answer, Not Interested, Callback, Meeting Booked, etc.) — this drives all team reporting and lead quality feedback.
  • Complete meeting notes in ClickUp within 10 minutes of booking — what services the prospect needs, what problems they mentioned, their budget signals, and objections raised.
  • Track your own metrics daily — dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked — and report in the daily standup.
  • Provide lead quality feedback — which cities produce better connects, which business types are most responsive, which phone numbers were wrong.
  • Continuously refine your pitch and objection responses based on real conversations — this is a thinking role, not a script-reading role.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound cold calling or inside sales — specifically calling US or international clients (not local Pakistan market).
  • Clear, confident, and professional English communication — you must be easy to understand for American listeners and able to hold natural, fluent business conversations without long pauses, heavy accent interference, or grammatical errors.
  • Proven ability to handle objections live on a call — not reading from a script, but genuinely responding to what the prospect says with relevant, confident answers.
  • Experience using a power dialer or auto-dialer (VICIdial, Kixie, PhoneBurner, Aircall, or similar) — you understand dial workflows, dispositions, and high-volume calling rhythm.
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day without losing energy or enthusiasm — cold calling is mentally demanding and you need stamina and resilience.
  • Experience with lead generation or lead research — sourcing contacts from databases, scraping tools, or online directories. You understand how to find and qualify business leads, not just call them.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales concepts — what qualifying a prospect means, why you pitch outcomes (more phone calls for their business) not features (we build websites).
  • Excellent listening skills — the best cold callers listen more than they talk.
  • Ability to work US shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM PKT, Monday–Friday) — non-negotiable.
  • Thick skin and genuine resilience — you will hear ‘no’ 80+ times per day and still pick up the phone with the same energy for the next call.

Nice-to-Have (Will Set You Apart)

  • Experience selling to Home Services businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, cleaning companies) or similar blue-collar / local service businesses in the US.
  • Experience using web scraping tools (Outscraper, Apify, PhantomBuster) or lead databases (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for lead generation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services — you can explain what local SEO, Google Ads, Google My Business optimization, and website design mean in simple business terms.
  • Previous experience selling digital marketing or website services to small businesses.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, Pipedrive) for logging calls and tracking pipeline.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding call quotas and meeting booking targets — with real numbers you can share.
  • Knowledge of the US small business landscape — time zones, how local service business owners think, what builds trust over the phone.
  • Experience leaving effective voicemails that generate callbacks.
  • Familiarity with common objection handling frameworks (feel-felt-found, acknowledge-bridge-close, etc.).

Compensation & Growth:

  • Base salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000/month based on experience level (paid on 1st of each month).
  • Performance commission: 1% to 3% recurring commission of every client that originated from your booked meeting.
  • All tools provided: VICIdial dialer, Outscraper scraping tool, Twilio phone validation, Google Sheets templates, AI personalization tools, headset — all at company expense.
  • This is not a call center job: This is the starting point of a B2B sales career with real earning potential that grows as you grow.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: On-site at our Islamabad office (this is not a remote position).
  • Shift: US business hours — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT (Monday through Friday).
  • You will be calling during peak US business hours when home services business owners are most reachable.
