Cold Caller

This is not a call center job. We are looking for a focused, results-driven individual who can independently handle outbound outreach and generate business opportunities.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident and proactive Cold Caller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company services and build initial interest
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects when required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or sales outreach
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections and rejections
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
