We are a Pakistan-based real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai property sales. Our team connects serious buyers and investors with premium off-plan and ready properties across Dubai — from Studio City to Dubai Marina. We work with top developers and offer our clients expert guidance backed by real on-ground experience in the UAE market.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who lives and breathes lead generation. You will own our entire online presence — from social media to paid ads — with one mission: bring in qualified leads of people interested in buying or investing in Dubai real estate.

This is not a content-for-content's-sake role. Every post, every ad, every campaign must serve the goal of driving inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting Pakistani, Gulf-based, and international buyers interested in Dubai property
• Create compelling content (reels, carousels, stories, landing pages) that positions us as a credible, expert brokerage
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Build and optimize landing pages to capture and convert lead traffic
• Set up and manage a CRM pipeline (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to track leads from inquiry to closing
• Run retargeting campaigns to nurture warm leads
• Analyze campaign performance weekly — CPL, CTR, ROAS — and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing messaging with what converts
• Research competitor agencies and Dubai market trends to stay ahead

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a BIG plus)
• Proven track record of running paid Meta or Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
• Ability to create or brief engaging content (video editing skills are a bonus)
• Analytical mindset — you know your numbers
• Excellent written communication in English and Urdu
• Self-starter who takes ownership without micromanagement
