Job Description – Cold Caller (Ebook & Design Campaigns)

Position: Cold Caller
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location: On-site - DHA phase 6

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ebook and design campaigns and must be comfortable communicating with international clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, pitching services, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Pitch ebook writing, publishing, and design services.
• Generate and qualify leads for sales teams.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls and emails.
• Maintain call records and client information in CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/call targets.
• Build strong communication and rapport with clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ebook campaigns and design campaigns is mandatory.
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close leads professionally.
• Experience with international campaigns is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
