Role Overview

Traxccel is looking for confident and energetic individuals to support business growth through outbound cold calling and lead generation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, students, interns, or junior candidates with strong spoken English, a clear accent, and the ability to make a high number of calls daily.

The selected candidate will help identify potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and support Traxccel’s sales pipeline for its Data + AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce Traxccel’s services in a professional and clear manner.
• Qualify interested prospects and update lead status.
• Maintain daily call records, follow-up notes, and outreach trackers.
• Use Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar tools for prospecting and list building.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Escalate qualified leads to the business development or leadership team.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates, students, interns, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
• Strong spoken English with a clear accent is required.
• Confidence in cold calling and speaking with new prospects.
• Good communication, listening, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to make a high number of calls daily.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or client outreach is preferred.
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outreach trackers is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target driven.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in call centers, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or sales internships will be preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
