Cold Caller / Business Development Representative

We're looking for someone who picks up the phone — all day, every day. KnowledgeCity has been in the eLearning industry for 18+ years, and we need a relentless cold caller to fill our AEs' calendars with qualified meetings.

What you'll be doing

  • Dial. The majority of your day is cold calls — 100+ per day. You work a call list from the moment your shift starts.
  • Book. Convert cold conversations into qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. Target: 10 per month.
  • Prospect. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to build lists, write targeted outreach, and run email sequences alongside your calling.
  • Track. Log every call, outcome, and meeting in HubSpot. Keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups tight.

You're a fit if you

  • Have 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling experience and can sustain high daily volumes
  • Handle objections and gatekeepers without breaking stride
  • Know your way around LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM
  • Are self-disciplined in a remote setup — quiet space, reliable internet, camera-on ready
  • Are available Sun–Thu, 8 AM–5 PM KSA time, no exceptions

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
