Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Cold Caller to support our construction business development team. The role involves making outbound calls within Pakistan to potential clients such as property owners, contractors, and developers to introduce our construction services and generate leads for the sales team. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls within Pakistan to potential clients in the construction sector
• Introduce company services including new build, construction, and related works
• Identify and qualify potential projects and decision-makers
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call records, client details, and follow-up notes
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets
• Follow up with interested prospects professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate required
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (construction preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette
• Basic knowledge of construction services is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems or Excel is a plus
• Strong time management and consistency
• Target-driven mindset
