We are hiring a motivated and confident Cold Caller (Inbound & Outbound) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle sales objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients in the UK/US markets.
- Introduce products/services and persuade prospects to take interest or book an appointment.
- Follow sales scripts and pitch confidently.
- Maintain a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly targets.
Inbound Calling
- Attend incoming calls from customers and answer queries professionally.
- Convert inbound leads into sales by providing complete information.
- Handle complaints, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Lead Management & Reporting
- Record customer information accurately in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Follow up on leads regularly to close deals.
- Prepare daily/weekly call performance reports.
Customer Service
- Build relationships with customers through friendly and confident communication.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a strong brand image.
- Ensure every caller has a positive experience.
Requirements
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center sales (preferred).
- Excellent spoken English (clear accent preferred).
- Ability to work with UK/US time zones (if required).
- Confident communication and strong persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, Email, etc.).
