Cold Caller (IT Services)

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Cold Caller (IT Services) who has hands-on experience in cold calling for IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients.
• Present products/services professionally and confidently.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling (IT Services)
• Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing services & other IT services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in speaking with international clients
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
