Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services (web design, app development, digital solutions, etc.)
Identify prospects and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in cold calling or lead generation for IT, software, or digital service companies.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work in USA time zones.
