Location: Near Al Noor Laboratory, Shadman Colony 1, Lahore

Job Timings: USA Time Zone: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers (Male & Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
• Introduce company services in a professional manner
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
• Maintain call records and follow up when required
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to work in night shift (USA time zone)
• Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
