Holesquare Media is a dynamic marketing agency working with clients across the United States and Canada. We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, articulate cold callers who can represent our brand professionally to North American clients.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Cold Callers with exceptional English communication skills to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the US and Canadian markets, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US and Canada
• Engage prospects professionally and build rapport quickly
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
• Follow up with interested prospects via phone and email
• Handle objections confidently and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Excellent spoken and written English (North American accent preferred)
• Proven track record in sales or lead generation
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident, persistent, and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM PKT)
• Ability to work on-site in New Garden Town, Lahore
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
