Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to support business growth in the international market. You will help identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and assist in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email campaigns, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to recommend business solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM.
  • Attend networking events and meetings to represent Neoline Logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
