We're looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team and help us grow our business by connecting with potential clients and scheduling qualified appointments.

About the Role: You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services, identifying their needs, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a results-driven position perfect for someone who thrives on daily targets and enjoys building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients
• Present our services professionally and answer initial questions
• Qualify leads based on established criteria
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Follow up with prospects who expressed interest
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment booking targets
• Participate in regular training to improve calling techniques

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, friendly phone manner with clear articulation
• Resilient attitude - not discouraged by rejection
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience (training provided)
• Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred but not required
