About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
- Clearly communicate the value of our products/services in fluent, professional English.
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly call/lead generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (neutral or fluent accent required).
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality.
- Basic sales knowledge or lead generation experience.
