Cold Caller/Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in B2B or service-based industry).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
