Overview

We are seeking a confident and persuasive Cold Caller to join our international sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across global markets—primarily in the USA and UK—to spark interest in our products and services. You’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, building rapport, and nurturing relationships that convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads within the US/UK time zones.
  • Introduce digital marketing services clearly and persuasively, following approved scripts and company guidelines.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for senior sales staff.
  • Update CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) with complete and accurate lead information.
  • Maintain a professional and positive tone throughout every call to reflect the brand image.
  • Handle objections and rejections confidently while maintaining composure and rapport.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, improve conversion ratios, and share client insights.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, promotional campaigns, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably targeting US/UK markets.

· Excellent verbal English communication, persuasive selling ability, neutral or international accent, basic computer literacy, proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

· Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

· Availability for night shifts (US/UK time zones), reliable internet connection (if remote), and ability to meet KPIs consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 100k-110k per month
