Junior Outbound Sales Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound sales or cold calling and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate new business leads.
• Clearly communicate and promote the company’s digital marketing services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable marketing solutions.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style during sales interactions.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or telesales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
