Cold Calling Agent - UK Accent

Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking a Cold-Calling Agent with clear UK Accent at least 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client communication to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential UK-based clients to introduce Maxobiz services, including Web Development, App Development, and UI/UX solutions.
• Clearly explain company offerings and identify client needs through effective questioning and conversation flow.
• Maintain a professional and neutral UK accent throughout all client interactions.
• Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information to maintain client interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales and closing team.
• Maintain detailed call records, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets consistently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably targeting UK-based clients.
• Exceptional English fluency with a clear and professional UK accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, and UI/UX is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate data entry practices.
• Strong time management and professional work ethic.

Working Conditions

• Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Onsite)
• Office Hours: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PKT)
• Office Days: Monday to Friday
• Compensation: PKR 70,000 to 80,000 Basic Salary + Commission, based on Experience and Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
