Cold Calling Agent (US Construction Estimation Services)

PlanEstimates.com is a growing construction estimation service provider working with local contractors across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Cold Calling Agent with proven success in selling construction estimation services to US contractors.

This role is ideal for someone confident in outbound sales, comfortable working US time zones, and capable of converting cold leads into qualified appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based contractors (general contractors, subcontractors, remodelers, etc.)
• Pitch construction cost estimation & takeoff services
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Book appointments or close deals as per company process
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience selling US construction estimation services (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling experience targeting US businesses
• Strong understanding of the US construction industry
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work US time zones (night shift in Pakistan)
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contractors, estimators, or construction service companies
• Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, or lead management tools
• Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting for US clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: PKR 70,000 – 120,000
