Cold Calling Agents

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Cold Calling Agents to join our growing team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of cold calling experience. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our IT services and generate interest.
• Lead Generation: Research and qualify leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients and present our services in a compelling manner.
• Appointment Setting: Set up meetings or demos with qualified leads for senior sales team members.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to convert them into opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of cold calling experience, ideally in IT or a tech-related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
• Sales-Driven: A results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and progress.
• Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• IT Knowledge: Understanding of IT services and solutions is a plus, but not required.
