Shift Timing : 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are looking for Cold Calling Agents to join our dynamic team and communicate with US-based businesses about our services including Blockchain, ERP, Web Development, CRM, SEO, IoT, and Gaming Solutions etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential US clients.
• Explain and promote company services in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Record client responses and update CRM systems.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements :

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Confident and result-driven attitude.
• Previous experience in cold calling, BPO, or IT sales is a plus.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
