Sales Officer (female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Officer to join our marble factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling marble products to clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and retail customers. She will also maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to the company’s sales growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for marble and stone products.
• Present and demonstrate product samples, finishes, and designs to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain records of sales, client communications, and market trends.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and site visits when required.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, tiles, or marble industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and visit project sites.
