Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets within the real estate and development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients and business partners

Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads

Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Maintain updated records of sales activities and client communication

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management

Attend industry events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain professional business relations

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus
