Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to promote ERP and IT services.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule demos and meetings for senior consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline progress.
  • Share weekly activity and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6 Montlhs to 1 year experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and research skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
