One of our client a leading Earth Moving Machinery is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to handle machine sales for construction and mining equipment in the South/Central/North Region of Pakistan. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively promote and sell construction and mining machines to existing and potential customers to maximize market share.
- Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities across the region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed assigned targets and achieve continuous growth.
- Build and maintain strong, result-oriented relationships with key contractors, mining clients, and project stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals with optimal commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with sales support, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and technical offers to clients.
- Track and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer buying trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and updates to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical business practices while maintaining a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction, or mining industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong customer orientation.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
