One of our client a leading Earth Moving Machinery is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to handle machine sales for construction and mining equipment in the South/Central/North Region of Pakistan. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively promote and sell construction and mining machines to existing and potential customers to maximize market share.
  • Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities across the region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed assigned targets and achieve continuous growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, result-oriented relationships with key contractors, mining clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals with optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with sales support, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and technical offers to clients.
  • Track and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer buying trends to stay ahead of the market.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and updates to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical business practices while maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction, or mining industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong customer orientation.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
