As our client base expands, we are hiring experienced Cold Calling Executives to support our sales and outreach operations.

Position Overview:
The Cold Calling Executive will contact international prospects, introduce them to our digital marketing services, qualify potential clients, and help generate high-quality leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent English communication, confidence on calls, and the ability to follow structured sales scripts and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international markets
• Introduce the company’s digital marketing services to potential clients
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and follow-up schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments for smooth lead handover
• Understand client needs and direct them toward relevant services
• Follow professional calling standards and maintain productivity levels during the shift

Required Qualifications:

• Strong command over English (spoken and listening)
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, call center, or international sales
• Digital marketing knowledge or prior experience is required
• Confident, clear phone communication skills
• Must be comfortable working night shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)
• Must be available for onsite work at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking systems (preferred but not mandatory)
