Cold Calling Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good English, and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone. Experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent English and confidence are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
• Update and manage client information in the system
• Follow scripts and company guidelines during communication
• Schedule follow-ups and transfer interested leads to the sales team

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (Must)
• Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (Preferred)
• Confident, polite, and professional on calls
• Ability to handle objections and maintain productivity
• Basic computer skills
