Role Overview:

We are hiring a Cold Calling Executive to make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses (medical clinics or e-commerce stores). The role focuses on introducing digital marketing services, identifying interest, and transferring qualified calls to the Sales Closer.

This is a high-communication, consistency-driven role ideal for confident speakers who can handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S. businesses
  • Introduce services and qualify prospects professionally
  • Transfer interested leads to the Sales Closer
  • Follow call scripts while adapting to different conversations
  • Manage U.S. time zones and call schedules accurately
  • Update call outcomes, notes, and lead status in CRM
  • Share daily performance metrics (calls, transfers, bookings)
  • Participate in call reviews, training, and team sessions

Required Skills

  • Strong English speaking and communication skills

Work Schedule

  • 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
