About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Cold Calling Executives to join our dynamic B2B sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are fluent in English and eager to start their career in sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the USA region, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA region.
• Present products and services professionally and persuasively.
• Handle objections and maintain a positive attitude throughout calls.
• Update call records and customer information accurately.
• Follow up on leads and ensure targets are consistently met.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Freshers to 6 months of experience in cold calling or sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (fluent speaking required).
• Familiarity with cold calling dialers or CRM tools for the USA market.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Creative, sharp-minded, and able to think on your feet.
• Female candidates preferred, but male candidates are also encouraged to apply.

• Work Mode: Onsite – Sunflower Society, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
