Cold Calling Expert

We are looking for a Cold Calling Expert who can confidently make outbound calls and communicate clearly with UK/US clients. The ideal candidate must have a neutral or strong UK/US accent and experience handling cold calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Communicate confidently with UK/US-based prospects.
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
• Pitch products/services clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Book meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Update call details and leads in CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in cold calling / outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken English with UK or US accent (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience.
• Familiarity with UK/US business culture.
• Experience in industries like SaaS, IT services, Real Estate, or Insurance.
