GBP Outreach Specialist - Full Time

*Role:* Book calls with US business owners

*Location:* On-site office (Pakistan)

*Hours:* 7 PM - 4 AM (US timezone)

*Experience:* Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities

*Outbound Lead Generation*

- Send personalized cold outreaches daily across LinkedIn, email, and Facebook

- Follow proven multi-touch sequences to generate responses

- Target US/UK service business owners (HVAC, cleaning, flooring, construction)

- Qualify leads with discovery questions about their GBP performance

- Make outbound calls to qualified leads for appointment setting

- Schedule calls directly in owner's Calendly

- Send pre-call briefs with lead details and opportunity notes

- Track daily metrics and maintain outreach dashboard

- Weekly 15-minute update calls with owner

- Test new messaging and ICP lists for better response rates

Requirements

*Experience*

- Minimum 1 year cold outreach/lead generation experience

- Proven track record booking meetings (share screenshots/case studies)

- Comfortable making sales development calls

*Skills*

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator mastery

- Email outreach tools (Hunter.io, GMass/Mailshake)

- CRM experience (Google Sheets, Pipedrive, HubSpot)

- Phone confidence for outbound calling and qualification

*Schedule*

- Full time on-site: 7 PM - 4 AM daily (US timezone)

- Must be available for night shifts consistently
