Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Expert to join our international campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across global markets, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to international prospects.
• Present company services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Identify decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.
• Track, document, and update call records and lead details in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in international cold calling, telemarketing, or sales campaigns.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
