We are seeking a highly skilled Cold Calling Specialist for Real Estate Lead Generation to work directly with a U.S.-based licensed Realtor [Training will be Provided to right candidate]
. This role is for a disciplined professional who understands that effective cold calling depends on structure, consistency, and execution aligned with a Realtor’s business plan.
The Realtor will provide calling lists, scripts, systems, and lead-generation resources. Your responsibility is to execute consistently, follow defined processes, and convert outreach into qualified opportunities and booked appointments.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling using provided call lists and lead-generation resources
- Follow the Realtor’s business plan, target markets, and calling priorities
- Adhere to approved call frameworks and conversation objectives, while maintaining a natural and professional tone
- Meet clearly defined daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including:
- Call volume
- Meaningful conversations
- Qualified leads
- Appointments and callbacks
- Qualify prospects based on motivation, timeline, pricing expectations, and property details
- Handle objections calmly, confidently, and respectfully
- Book qualified appointments and ensure proper follow-up scheduling
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, call notes, and lead statuses
- Participate in performance reviews and apply feedback to improve results
Required Qualities & Skills
This role does not require a minimum number of years of experience. Instead, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and neutral accent
- Strong ability to follow structured processes and calling plans
- High levels of discipline, reliability, and consistency
- Strong conversational intelligence and active listening skills

Preferred (Not Required)
- Exposure to real estate cold calling or outbound sales
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate terminology (FSBO, expired listings, comps)
- Experience using CRMs or auto-dialers
- Availability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
