Cold Calling Intern

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5

Duration: 4 months

Stipend: According to their communication skills.

Time: 6 PM - 3 AM ( Transport will be provided for the females Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling Interns to support our sales and client outreach efforts. The intern will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating effective communication between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided databases
• Clearly communicate company offerings in a professional and engaging manner
• Understand client requirements and facilitate appropriate solutions or next steps
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client facilitation
• Adhere to communication guidelines and professional standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate conversations confidently and professionally
• Basic understanding of client handling and relationship management
• Willingness to learn sales processes and customer engagement techniques
• Positive attitude, persistence, and good listening skills
