Job Title: Cold Calling Intern/Associate

About the Role:
Cold Calling Intern/Associate at Blusha will support the sales team by generating leads, making outbound calls, and booking product demos with salon clients. The role involves consistent follow-ups, CRM management, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and internal teams. It is a target-driven position focused on building strong sales fundamentals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 40+ cold calls daily to potential salon clients to generate and qualify leads
  • Book product demos and coordinate schedules with the sales team
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database/CRM accurately
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects before and after demos
  • Support post-demo communication to help convert leads into onboarded clients
  • Ensure smooth coordination between leads and internal sales team

Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high consistency in outreach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (Airtable experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven role with defined KPIs
