Job Title: Cold Calling Intern/Associate
About the Role:
Cold Calling Intern/Associate at Blusha will support the sales team by generating leads, making outbound calls, and booking product demos with salon clients. The role involves consistent follow-ups, CRM management, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and internal teams. It is a target-driven position focused on building strong sales fundamentals in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 40+ cold calls daily to potential salon clients to generate and qualify leads
- Book product demos and coordinate schedules with the sales team
- Maintain and update the lead generation database/CRM accurately
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects before and after demos
- Support post-demo communication to help convert leads into onboarded clients
- Ensure smooth coordination between leads and internal sales team
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high consistency in outreach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Airtable experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable working in a target-driven role with defined KPIs
