Hiring for technology and professional services firm based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
• Present products or services, explain features and benefits, and handle initial objections.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling, tele sales, or inside sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and resilience to handle rejection.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
