We are seeking a highly confident and driven Cold Calling Sales Specialist to onboard schools across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to schools, introducing our company, and converting them into active customers.
This role is strictly for experienced closers who are comfortable speaking with an English-speaking audience and can turn cold leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to schools across the U.S.
- Introduce our company, products, and value proposition clearly and confidently
- Build relationships with school decision-makers (administrators, procurement teams, etc.)
- Invite and persuade schools to purchase and partner with our company
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales progress
Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / sales experience
- Fluent English communication (must confidently speak with U.S. school representatives)
- Strong confidence and ability to lead conversations
- Proven track record as a closer (not just a caller)
- Excellent persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling to schools, educational institutions, or B2B clients
- Experience in outbound sales or high-volume cold calling
- Familiarity with U.S. market and communication style
