Job Overview
TDM is looking for a confident and persistent Cold Calling Specialist to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, pitching digital services, and handling objections professionally to close deals or book qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (local & international)
Introduce and pitch TDM’s services (SEO, digital marketing, etc.)
Identify client needs and qualify leads effectively
Schedule meetings or close deals directly
Handle objections and rejections professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes
Follow up with prospects via calls, email, or messaging
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in speaking with international clients (especially UK/US)
Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
Good English speaking skills (mandatory for international calls)
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling digital services (SEO, marketing, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking systems
Experience with B2B sales and appointment setting
