About the Role

We are looking for an elite Cold Calling Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, results-driven, and skilled at turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects

• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads effectively

• Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward

• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM

• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B cold calling (software/SaaS preferred)

• Demonstrated track record of conversions and booked meetings

• Strong objection-handling and communication skills

• High level of CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented

Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS or tech products
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
