Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our team, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will be an expert in cold calling, with excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by targets and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects in the US market.
• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call notes and prospect information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
