Cold Email Marketing Expert (70k to 120k + Commission)

We're hiring a Cold Email Outreach Expert who can build and run a full outbound engine from scratch. You'll craft sequences that land in inboxes, spark conversations, and turn cold prospects into booked calls — then stay in the room to help close them. If you live and breathe open rates, reply rates, and pipeline, this role is built for you.

Key Requirements

• On-site role at our Johar Town, Lahore office (6 PM – 3 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday)
• Hands-on experience specifically in cold email outreach and outbound lead generation
• Minimum 1 year of proven, practical experience in cold email and outbound campaigns

What You'll Own

• Set up and run cold email campaigns end-to-end on Instantly.ai — domain warm-up, sequence building, A/B testing, and deliverability management
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, filter, and pull targeted B2B lead lists matched to our ideal customer profiles
• Write and send outbound newsletters and drip campaigns through SendGrid, keeping lists clean and suppression rules tight
• Build multi-touch outbound sequences — cold openers, follow-ups, and breakup emails — with AI-assisted personalisation at scale
• Handle inbound and outbound replies, push back on objections over email, and move interested leads to booked discovery calls
• Join discovery and demo calls to support closing — the more you contribute, the more commission you earn
• Track your metrics weekly: open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and deals closed — own every number

What We're Looking For

• A track record of running cold outreach campaigns with real, measurable results — reply rates, meetings booked, revenue impacted
• Working knowledge of Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable outbound tools
• Sharp English copywriting skills — you write emails people respond to, not ones that hit the spam folder
• Solid grasp of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up protocols, and daily sending thresholds
• Comfortable on video calls — confident, articulate, and able to handle live objections without flinching
• Self-directed and metric-obsessed — base pay is solid, but top performers are here for the commission upside

• Experience with tools like Smartlead, Clay, Apollo.io, or Hunter.io for lead enrichment and data sourcing
• Familiarity with SaaS or email infrastructure products — cold email platforms, inbox deliverability, or managed inbox services
• Background in B2B SaaS outbound sales or outreach agency environments
