Collaboration Support Engineer | Executive

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments;
• Proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate;
• Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance features; and
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
