Job Description: Collection Executive
Job Purpose:
The Collection Executive is responsible for supporting the collections function by following up with clients for outstanding payments, updating records, and ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies. The role focuses on day-to-day collection activities and coordination with internal teams to minimize overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and site visits (if required) to collect due payments.
- Track customer accounts and update payment status in the system regularly.
- Review aging reports and identify overdue accounts for immediate action.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and accounts teams to resolve payment-related queries.
- Assist in negotiating payment timelines with clients under guidance of the Collections Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection communications and transactions.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and MIS.
- Escalate critical or disputed cases to senior management or the legal team when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in collections, preferably in real estate, banking, or credit collections.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of collections processes and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and MS Excel/reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
