Job Purpose: The accounting personnel will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting, audits, and tax-related matters. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and real estate financials, supporting management in financial decision-making. Job Responsibilities: o Handle AR/AP, vendor payments, and client invoicing o Perform account, bank, and intercompany reconciliations o Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end closings o Prepare financial reports and MIS o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements o Support in cash flow management and forecasting Qualifications &amp; Skills: Education: CA / ACCA / CPA or relevant finance qualification Experience: 4-6 years of experience within the Finance &amp; Accounts Technical Skills: a. Role OverviewMid-Level Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules on a contract / freelance basis.
