Job SummaryThe Treasury oversees cash flow, funding, and liquidity management for a real estate portfolio comprising development projects, property investments, and operating assets. This role ensures efficient capital allocation, optimal financing structures, and effective banking relationships to support project delivery and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities1. Cash &amp; Liquidity Management<ul><li>Manage daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity across project and corporate accounts.</li><li>Monitor and forecast cash flows for property development, acquisitions, and operations.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to align funding requirements with construction schedules and sales receipts.</li><li>Oversee intercompany funding and manage treasury centralization across entities or SPVs.</li></ul>2. Financing &amp; Debt Management<ul><li>Support or lead debt raising for new developments, acquisitions, or refinancing.</li><li>Manage loan drawdowns, repayments, interest schedules, and covenant compliance.</li><li>Maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.</li><li>Evaluate financing structures (e.g., project finance, mezzanine, bridging loans, bonds).</li></ul>3. Banking &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Manage all banking relationships, account structures, and mandates.</li><li>Negotiate loan terms, bank charges, and service agreements.</li><li>Ensure bank compliance with KYC, documentation, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>4. Investment &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Manage short-term investments of surplus cash in line with treasury policy.</li><li>Monitor exposure to interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks; recommend hedging strategies if applicable.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare treasury reports including cash flow forecasts, debt schedules, and funding analysis.</li><li>Support project finance models and provide treasury insights to management and board.</li><li>Track performance against financial covenants and provide early warning on potential breaches.</li></ul>6. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager &ndash; Sales Operations (Documentation) to oversee sales administration, documentation, and post-sales processes for our real estate projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring seamless coordination between sales, legal, finance, and customer relations to maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the property sales cycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee sales documentation processes for property sales, including reservation forms, sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), addendums, and payment schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations in all documentation and registration activities.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, CRM, Handover, and Projects) to ensure smooth deal closures and handovers.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, records, and reports using CRM and ERP systems.</li><li>Supervise the preparation and issuance of receipts, NOCs, transfer letters, and other legal/sales-related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with brokers and agents to ensure proper documentation and commission processing.</li><li>Track customer payment milestones and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and collections.</li><li>Support management with MIS reports, sales forecasts, and operational dashboards.</li><li>Lead and mentor a small team of documentation and administrative staff.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Summary:The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role supports strategic financial planning and ensures compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.In a real estate context, the Finance Executive will handle project-based financial analysis, monitor property sales and leasing transactions, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, and developers).Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records for all real estate projects and company operations.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.</li><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and company policies.</li></ul>2. Project Finance &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new property developments.</li><li>Track sales, collections, and cost of projects to ensure profitability.</li><li>Support due diligence for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.</li></ul>5. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits.</li><li>Maintain compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.</li></ul>6.
