Role Overview

Mid-Level Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules on a contract / freelance basis. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the Odoo framework, Python, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Module Development: Design and build custom Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise).

● Workflow Automation: Develop custom workflows, actions, and business logic.

● Reports: Build QWeb reports and dashboards to meet BI needs.

● Troubleshooting: Debug and optimise existing Odoo applications.

● Code Quality: Write clean, documented, version-controlled code (Git).

● Collaboration: Work with business analysts and deliver technical solutions.

● Deployment Support: Support testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

● 1–3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

● Proven track record of custom module development and delivery.

● Strong understanding of Odoo CRM, module architecture, and security.

● Able to work independently and manage deliverables to deadlines.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
