Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo ERP Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain our Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework development, API design and integration, and ERP administration. You will be responsible for developing custom modules, managing ERP workflows, creating and consuming APIs, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the Odoo environment.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Develop new business features and enhance existing ERP functionality.
• Customize forms, views, workflows, reports, dashboards, and business logic.
• Upgrade and migrate Odoo modules across versions.
• Optimize code quality, maintainability, and system performance.

ERP Management

• Configure and manage Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, POS, and Project Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security, and access controls.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and system reliability.

API Development & Integrations

• Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for Odoo.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, logistics providers, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop secure API authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot API integrations and optimize data synchronization.
• Build automated workflows between Odoo and external systems.

Database & System Administration

• Manage PostgreSQL databases, including optimization and maintenance.
• Perform data migration, import/export, and database troubleshooting.
• Support Odoo deployment, updates, and server maintenance.
• Maintain development, testing, and production environments.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Document technical specifications, APIs, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Odoo development: 3 years (Preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python programming: 3 years (Preferred)
• developing custom Odoo modules using the Odoo ORM: 2 years (Preferred)
• XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS: 3 years (Preferred)
• Odoo 16, 17, or later: 1 year (Preferred)
